I was so disgusted, my computer was crawling and I had dozens of things to research and order. I had spent hours on the phone with tech support, first to India, than got transferred to the Philippines, then to Mexico. Nobody could fix the problem, not to mention that I kept getting cut off every time I was transferred. I thought we needed a new computer then I remembered that I had something I'd used a few times in the past called Ashampoo, a program that fixes Windows OS and tweeks and tunes your computer. I ran it and voila!
